A member of the elk family, the Red Stag is native to New Zealand. Highly sought after as a game animal, its antler and hide are of a “majestic order” used as The Hartford Insurance Groups company logo for over 50 years. The antler is appropriately named for its red, burnt umber color. The antler has been used for furniture and lighting for centuries. The antler color has often led it to be called simply “The European Horn.” As seen: 54w X 38h w/8 lights.
Antler is fallow. You want an antler fixture to wake up a room! This is the one. The antler is weathered by age causing cracking veins and nibbles by various critters. When painting the antler (custom colors available) the nicks, bruises, and scrapes allow for it to patina in areas therefore leaving a weathered look. As seen: 38w X 32h w/8 lights.

Again, this large antler is used to make a “statement.” The antler is great for creating fixtures and furniture that need “mass appeal.” Over a two decade career I’ve built antler chandeliers and used this magnificent horn in sizes ranging from 18ft. wide by 16ft. high down to 4 and 5 ft. in size. As seen 6.5’w X 7’h w/18 lights.
Very “rich” antler. The deer was originally native to northern England/Scotland. The antler is so unique that kings and queens used it in dwellings as chandeliers/candelabras ,Wall sconces, fireplace tool sets, and decorative adornments on carriages, tables, and dining flatware. The antler has many colors depending on deer species: blonde, chocolate and spotted fallow. As seen: 40w X 34h w/ 8 lights.
The antler is elk and mule deer. This antler design is great for creating a large look without too much horn. Great antler piece when using shades for visual effect vs. main lighting source. Again, this antler can give you options for larger fixtures if needed. I have done 2, 3, and 4 tier fixtures using elk antler ranging in sizes from 14’w X 12’h to 4’w X 3’h. As seen: 54h X 54h w/13.

Elk antler has been used for untold years. Elk once roamed coast to coast across North America. The antler is naturally shed and was used by Native Americans for antler pipes and bead work in clothing, antler buttons, weapons and much more. The antler is massive in its appearance, and natural color ranges allow it to work with many other mediums. As seen: 48w X 36h w/8 lights.
Elk antler and mule deer antler are incorporated to make a shape mainly used in rectangular spaces. The elk antler being large allows for extremely large builds. Great rooms with longer runs than widths can have an area filled easily with an oval antler fixture. Dining tables that are 6ft. or longer are great places to incorporate oval antler designs. The antler is mule deer and white tail. I designed the antler shield mirror after watching the movie Braveheart. Thinking along the lines of armor shielding and family crests I changed its shape many times before settling on this. Just as the antler oval, I also use antler tines/tips to fashion its layout. This antler mirror is also a “wow” piece in any room. As seen: 64L X 48w (at its wings)
